GENERAL UPDATE 28.03.2:
AS THE GOVERNMENT ROADMAP CURRENTLY STATES THAT ORGANISED OUTDOOR EVENTS CAN TAKE PLACE FROM 29TH MARCH, THE DORSET OOSER 2021 IS CURRENTLY ON, BUT WITH A DATE CHANGE TO 18TH APRIL.
IF THE ROADMAP CHANGES, WE MAY STILL HAVE TO POSTPONE BUT CURRENTLY WE ARE WORKING TOWARDS THE EVENT HAPPENING ON 18TH APRIL
COVID-19 EVENT PROCEDURES
Mandatory Kit for all runners
Face Covering
to be kept with you at all times
throughout the event
(a folded over neck gaiter will be acceptable)
You should NOT attend the event if you have had any of the following in the previous 14 days:
A high fever of ≥38°C
A new continuous cough
A change/loss of taste/smell.
OR: You have been in contact with anyone who is sick
(symptomatic)
ADDITIONAL COVID MEASURES:

Race bibs will be posted out to all runners (no race registration on the day)

All Volunteers are supplied with face masks, hand sanitiser and gloves.

Hand sanitiser is provided for runners at areas such as toilets, aid stations, finish area etc

Staggered self-seeded start times with groups of no more than 6 runners leaving at a time (this may be amended if the guidelines change) - chip timing is provided - you will be required to stay in the car park until called.

Signage to remind you of Social Distancing which is to be maintained at all times at Race HQ, at the start finish, inside the Barn, at Aid Stations, and on the route.

No-Touch aid stations with limited provisions

NO Bag Drop (to reduce possible transmissions)

No Spectators will be permitted in the start-finish area

You will need to carry a personal cup or bottle for drinks/refills at the aid station (we have always been cupless but this is even more important now)
